All shipments have a processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are shipped by the designer locally as they arrive on Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Before we can ship your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
After an order is shipped you will receive a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
If you need to file a claim for a lost or stolen package or if you believe your items are faulty/damaged, please do so by sending an email to info@festivalia.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Festivalia reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and a cancellation may be made in specific cases of product discrepancy, negative customer credit history, inconsistencies related to the provided billing and shipping address, or a requested shipping destination which we are not allowed to deliver to. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.
Customs and import charges
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Festivalia has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you would like further information please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, or ask us any questions before you order so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
Returns Policy
Festivalia.com is an online marketplace for pieces sourced from independent designers globally. If you are not happy with your item and would like to arrange a return please refer to the Festivalia individual returns policies per designer below. Our return policy is in line with the policy of the individual designer and the characteristics of each product. All items must be returned in its original state; if an item is damaged or worn, you will not receive a exchange or refund. For all returns please contact info@festivalia.com so that we can arrange the return with the individual designer(s).
Please note for returned items and refunds: once your items have reached us your return purchase will be checked within 24 hours and when it has been approved, we will issue your refund and send you an email to confirm. Please keep in mind that different payment providers have different processing times and refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Please note that your refund will exclude the original delivery cost of the item.
